Shipping Methods and Terms

Our shipments are handled by leading logistics partners such as GLS. We ensure the utmost care in packaging and preparing the shipment. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a shipping notification email. Afterwards, the courier will send a second email with instructions for online tracking of the package.

Shipping Costs in Italy

We offer free shipping for all purchases of €150.00 or more, VAT included. For lower amounts, a shipping and packaging fee of €10.00 VAT included will be charged.

Shipping Costs in Europe

In Europe, for private customers, shipping costs are €25.00 VAT included for orders up to €250.00. Above this amount, shipping is free.

For professionals (B2B), shipping costs are €35.00 VAT included, regardless of the purchase amount.

Shipping Notifications

As soon as the order is handed over to the carrier for delivery, we will send an email to the customer to notify them of the shipment.

Free Transport Insurance

All orders we ship benefit from transport insurance that covers the free replacement of any damage caused by the courier. Without lengthy bureaucracy, simply use the replacement request form - contact form - to arrange pickup and replacement of the damaged material.

Procedure to Use the Insurance

At the time of delivery, please carefully check the package in the presence of the courier. Even if the package appears externally damaged, the contents inside might be intact. For this reason, we ask that you sign the delivery note with the phrase "accepted with reservation of inspection". Then, check the contents within 2 days of receipt.

If any damage is found, please notify our staff immediately so that we can proceed with the free warranty replacement of the damaged product.

Replacement times vary depending on the availability of spare parts, typically between 2 and 30 working days from the request. Our staff will keep the customer informed about the status of the process.

Money-Back Guarantee

Every private customer who purchases from our e-commerce store has the unquestionable right to withdraw from the order in accordance with current legal regulations, within a maximum of 14 non-working days from the delivery date, without the need to specify a reason. In case of withdrawal, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid or, if preferred, request an exchange for a product of equal or higher value. The direct return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private consumers, as defined by applicable law. It does not apply if the buyer is a VAT-registered business or professional making a purchase as a company or for professional use. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to customized products made to the customer's explicit specifications.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Important: While not a strict requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal, we kindly ask customers to return products in the same condition (as new) in which they were sent: unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging, and complete with all accessories included in the box at the time of shipping.

If the returned product(s) are received used, damaged, or not in the required condition, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount corresponding to the reduction in the product’s value. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

The responsibility for the integrity of the goods during return shipping lies entirely with the customer. We therefore recommend insuring all return shipments related to a withdrawal request.

Refund timing:

In case of a refund request, the reimbursement will be processed within and no later than 14 days from the customer's request.
